It's only the 3rd day of work at Internship for me, and already I've got my very first article to write! It's an article for the F-1 supplement of TODAY newspaper. It'll be slated for release on the 24th Sep, Wed.
I shan't spoil the surprise as to what I'll be writing about.
This assignment came as a very pleasant surprise. During one of the department's impromptu brainstorming sessions, we (colleagues and myself) shot out ideas as to how we were going to present the information in the newspaper. Thankfully, my editor loved my idea and gave me the go-ahead to write the article. Woo hoo! Thank God for that.
Will officially start working on the article tomorrow at work. I've got a week to complete this, and confidence is running high in me.
